The Morgan White Project was an extensive renovation with an incredible amount of unforeseeable conditions. Before the project began, Thrash worked closely with the architect and owner to perform value engineering services. This project was complex due to existing water damage and height variance corrections. Our field staff was active in preventing unnecessary construction cost, yet diligent towards investigating critical components of the building’s safety and longevity. Open communication was vital and constant assessments of quality control were implemented in the field.
