Thrash self performed all select demolition on the project. Despite the vast array of technical improvements needed for a successful project, Thrash's management team was able to complete the project ahead of schedule. This project was performed on a basis of design consistent with BMW dealerships, of which required Thrash to coordinate with specified vendors for the majority of the long lead finish materials.
The project required extensive coordination of select demolition within an occupied structure located at 1685 High Street, Jackson MS.
