Josh Thrash
President
As founder and president of Thrash Commercial Contractors, Josh oversees the corporate strategy and vision of the company. He went to work for his father, Tommy Thrash, in 1998 and went on to found Thrash Commercial Contractors with business partner, Matt McWilliams, in 2001. Josh has been committed to improving the construction process at every level of the industry for over 20 years. His leadership has transformed Thrash into on of the most admired companies in Mississippi and a premier general contractor within the Southeast. Josh leads with incredible integrity and a commitment to reliability and quality. Josh approaches each project with a loyal relationship and a commitment to quality. He has always insisted that Thrash’s company culture includes people that strive to be the best version of themselves and enjoy the time they spend at work. Josh’s success has been rooted in his ability to deliver on his promises, improve every day, and build friendships that last.
Josh is an avid outdoorsman and lives in Pelahatchie, Mississippi with his wife Susan and three children Elizabeth, Reid, and Luke. He is an active member of The Church at Shiloh.

Matt McWilliams
Vice President
Matt McWilliams brings over 27 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. As a founding partner, Matt has established Thrash Commercial Contractors as a general contractor that delivers the utmost quality on the most complex projects. Matt brings an exceptional analytical and engineering-focused approach to the construction process. His attention to detail and breadth of experience with a diverse range of construction projects gives Thrash the ability to provide unmatched value and certainty to each project within Thrash’s portfolio. Matt provides oversight of all administrative and financial directives within the company. He has detailed expertise in the preconstruction and design-build process. Matt’s work ethic is contagious to all employees and his commitment to pursuing quality construction is clear to all who work with him.
Matt lives in Brandon, Mississippi and enjoys spending time with his wife, Wendy, and his three children James, Rebecca, and Bennett. Matt and his family are active members of Colonial Heights Baptist Church.

Matt Herbert
General Manager - Alabama
Matt Herbert has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. As General Manager, Matt's role is to provide operational oversight for Thrash’s office in Huntsville, Alabama. Matt is an innovative and results-driven leader focused on achieving exceptional performance in a highly competitive environment that demands continuous improvement.
Matt is highly organized and incredibly skilled at communicating technical construction concepts in practical and effective ways. Matt has exceptional experience in both critical path scheduling and project management. After beginning his career as a carpenter, Matt advanced to leading the construction process as a project manager for many years.
Matt lives in Huntsville, Alabama and enjoys traveling, and reading. Matt also likes to cook, and claims to be the best cook in the company.

Luke Walker
Director of Business Development
Although a native of Mississippi, Luke began his construction career in the Silicon Valley of California as a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry. Today, Luke’s primary role at Thrash is to identify new marketplace opportunities and establish partner relationships with Owners, Architects, Developers, and Engineers (public or private). Luke assists in developing company strategies for advancing into new industries and regions. He is a relationship-oriented leader that establishes the client’s success through strategic partnerships. Luke initiates and assists in collaboration with design teams for new projects during contractor evaluations and the pre-construction process.
In addition to strategic business development efforts, he oversees all marketing strategies. Some duties include media relations, branding, advertising, recruitment, website development, RFP submissions, company interviews and evaluations. He manages and oversees sponsorships, events, charitable contributions, and more.
Luke lives in Madison, Mississippi with his wife, Rachel. They are active members of Pinelake Church and committed Mississippi State Bulldog fans. Luke enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf in his free time.

Greg Moseley
General Superintendent
Greg Moseley started his construction career with Brasfield & Gorrie when he graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. He gained extensive knowledge with B&G while completing a “Superintendent in Training Course” on a $27M parking structure. After joining Thrash in February of 2007, Greg has become an invaluable leader in Thrash’s success. Greg completed Thrash's first ever LEED project that obtained a Silver Rating from the USGBC. Greg has a relentless commitment to each client and is know for his firm approach toward subcontractors, field coordination, and quality control. Greg has led the company to an incredible track record of projects often finishing ahead of schedule. Under Greg's leadership, Thrash has never paid liquidated damages on any project.
Greg's project supervision has included a 420,000 SF Museum, a 90,000 SF 7-day per week school project, multiple complex phasing and renovation projects. For these reasons, Greg continues to be an asset to Thrash Commercial Contractors and meets client's expectations on each project.
