The FC&E Engineering Project is a Class-A Corporate office project currently being built in Brandon, Mississippi. The new project includes a three-story building with both the FC&E offices and tenant space. FC&E Engineering's existing offices will be demolished after the company is able to occupy the new office space. Thrash was selected as the preferred general contractor executing this project under a CM at Risk contract. Thrash performed preconstruction services in collaboration with CDFL Architects + Engineers.
