General Contracting Services

Thrash Commercial Contractors partnered with the City of Pearl to deliver two new fire stations—Central and Station No. 5—through a single construction contract. These modern facilities were designed to enhance public safety infrastructure and first responder readiness across the growing Pearl community. The combined contract value of $9.5 million supported the construction of both stations, which were delivered on time and met all owner expectations.

The flagship Central Fire Station, approximately 13,500 square feet, serves as the operational and administrative hub for the Pearl Fire Department. It includes drive-through apparatus bays (with an extra bay for expanded response capability), individual bunkrooms, a commercial-grade kitchen, dayroom, fitness area, decontamination space, and administrative offices for department leadership and staff.

Station No. 5, slightly smaller but following a nearly identical footprint, was designed for operational efficiency in one of the city's growing service zones. While it omits the additional bay and office wing found at Central, it maintains the same core capabilities—bunk accommodations, apparatus bay, kitchen, and training-ready common areas.

Throughout construction, Thrash worked closely with municipal leadership and first responders to ensure each building met the performance, durability, and functionality demands of a 24/7 emergency service facility.
