Thrash Commercial Contractors, Inc. partnered with the owner and architect to complete preliminary cost estimates to use for budgeting purposes. This project is unique in that much of the work was self-performed. The major subcontractors used on this project include Elcon Electric, Climate Masters (mechanical), Bodie Construction (site), Apac (Asphalt) and Beard Metal Roofing (roofing). Thrash Commercial Contractors self-performed the concrete foundation, sidewalks, and all rough carpentry.
