The 42,600-square-foot building will serve as the hospital’s primary location for a wide array of healthcare services. The project consists of two buildings, a renovation that will create a mixed occupancy building for Lackey Memorial Hospital and a new, freestanding central mechanical plant / maintenance building, which is designed to serve the renovated building an any future expansions.
The project includes a complex and extensive renovation of an existing industrial building.
