This project consists of a new 90,000 SF Warehouse Addition, 9,000 SF Office Renovation, Interior Mezzanine Demolition and all New Parking Lots and Truck Drive Lanes. Menasha Packaging, a business group of Neenah, offers high-graphic displays, boxes, and other shipping containers for consumer project companies. The project was designed by Excel Engineering, the 89,856-square-foot expansion features an interior remodel of the mezzanine, restrooms, breakroom, stair tower, and a new 9,274-square-foot office space. The project also added a new 100-stall parking lot, truck loading docks, and fire lane. This expansion was in partnership with Kraus-Anderson.
