Description: The project scope consists of a renovation/remodel of an existing bank location. The work entails removing the existing roof dormers and installing a large skylight allowing for more natural light into the building. The lobby has custom thin brick walls with granite countertops displaying the company’s historic logo. The project will also feature an upgraded architectural entrance feature. Thrash is improving the exterior existing conditions by removing an old parking lot and replacing it with new concrete. The exterior is to include new clad wood windows and doors. The architect has also incorporated aspects of LEED Construction throughout.
